What are your office hours?

Do you custom make rings for clients?
Certainly. We provide full custom manufacturing services. Whatever your needs, from different head sizes, to different types and quantities of stones, we will be happy to work with you to ensure that you receive the perfect ring for your client. Contact us for more details.
May I send you my customer’s diamond for you to set into one of your mountings or a special order?
Yes, however, we respectfully request that you alert us prior to sending the diamond to us. Also, please note that we can not be responsible for your diamond while it is being set into the mounting. Do you size your rings?
Yes, we do, however, in certain cases we will recommend producing a ring to ensure that quality of the finished piece. This is especially true of many of the modern micro-pave styles.
Is there an extra charge for sizing?
If we are able to size your ring, yes there is a charge. Please call to discuss your individual unique situation.
What is the turn around time for orders?
Turn around times vary according to the items requested. If the item requested is in stock we will gladly ship the items overnight to you. Please note, that all requests need to be received by 3PM MST.
If we need to custom order your purchase, depending upon the complexity of your order, it can take up to 9 weeks. Please contact us to discuss your special order.
How will my order be shipped?
For all domestic packages we ship via UPS and all international parcels are sent via FedEx. If you have a prefered method of shipping, please alert us as we'll be more than happy to make an adjustment for you.
Do you provide memos?
Yes, this service is reserved for existing clients, provided accounts are in good standing. Memo’s are limited to a certain dollar amounts, items requeted and other aspects. All costs related to shipping and insuring of memos are for the clients account. Please call us for further details.
What Color and Clarity of diamonds do you use?
All of our diamond jewelry is G/H in Color and VS1-2 Clarity for baguettes, and VS2-SI1 for small rounds and other shapes.
In what metals do you cast?
Primarily, we work in 18KW; however, if requested, we will work in 14KW, Platinum and Palladium. |
